What are your working hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Lunch break: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM). On Fridays, our lunch break extends from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
Where is your store located?
Our printing facility and store is purely based in Lahore, Pakistan. We welcome you to visit us to explore print samples, discuss requirements, and finalize your designs in person.

How long does printing take?
Standard orders are typically completed within 2 to 5 business days. Urgent orders can be fulfilled in 24 hours depending on the product and design complexity.

Do you accept custom orders with unique specifications?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom setups and can accommodate unique dimensions, specialized materials, and custom finishes.
Will I receive a digital proof before printing?
Yes, we share a digital Mockup for your approval to ensure the design completely meets your expectations before moving to mass production.
What file formats are recommended?
We highly recommend high-resolution vector formats such as PDF, AI, and EPS. Raster images should be at least 300 DPI.
Should I include bleed and crop marks?
Yes, adding a standard 3mm bleed and crop marks ensures that your design is printed and trimmed perfectly without white margins.
What color mode should my file use?
Always set your files to CMYK color mode for accurate print reproduction. RGB is suited for digital screens and often shifts when printed.
